THE CRAFT BEHIND ARTISANAL DONUTS
Craftsmanship in Donuts
Max’s donuts have been a favorite to celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Drake, Pitbull, Chris Bosh and Mariah Carey. His secret? Not the recipe, not the ingredients but: technique.
Recipes are just numbers. The outcome depends on technique and proper procedure.
“Great pastry chefs will separate themselves from the rest when quality and consistency are present every time in a particular recipe”
